T&Cs

·         Price – £295 per tent for duration of festival – £395 premium/family tent

·         Tents must be booked prior to the event

·         Full payment plus a £100 refundable security deposit to be paid on booking.

·         Losses or damages to the tent caused by you or your party (normal wear and tear excluded) will be taken from security deposit.

·         As long as there are no damages on your departure your security deposit will be refunded within 1 week.

·         We take card payments over the phone

·         The principal individual making the booking must accompany the party

·         There is a no smoking or naked flame policy in the tents. Including BBQ’s.

·         All guests must buy their own festival tickets.

·         Festival tickets must be bought prior to booking with accommodation.

·         Cancellation policy:

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking then we will make every effort to re-let  and refund your money less a 20% administration fee.  If we are unable to do this then we must reserve the right to retain your payment. We advise you to protect against cancellation by taking out holiday insurance at the time of booking.  All cancellations must be in writing or via email.
